Atmail LogoAtMail have just released version 6.1.1 (both webmail and the server edition). One of the coolest new features in this release is that it can be easily installed on Snow Leopard Server to replace Squirrelmail, which
comes bundled with Snow Leopard. In addition to replacing the webmail component, it also integrates with the existing CalDAV server.

If you haven’t tried AtMail, I recommend that you take a look at their online demo. In my opinion, it’s one of the best stand-alone webmails on the market.
